Devasom Hua Hin Resort

We visited in Jan and we totally love it..
A really great place to chill and really relax..

And the view is fantastic as well..

Reflecting on 2012

While most people set new year resolutions, I think it is even more important to reflect on the year that has passed to reflect on what can be improved and give thanks to what has gone well.

I have done it for the past 2 years and although slightly late this year, I think it is something that I wish to continue. 2012 has really been a significant year full of changes.

Top of the list to be thankful for is of course the birth of my super duper handsome baby boy. 

A lot of people say he looks like me. Just saying.

We needed to transport a plastic drawer thingy from my place to Wifey's place...

While I could fit the containers easily into the car, I had trouble fitting the below in....

No matter how i tried, it just wouldn't fit into the car. So i told my mum I will try again another day. Thinking that i most probably will have to dismantle it etc...

Signs of a Kiasu parent?

Before I became a Dad, I always wonder why kiasu parents overly stress their kids.

Always pushing them to (over) study and forcing certain careers with good prospects (good money) on their kids.

But now that I am a Dad, not only can I empathize with them.. I'm afraid.. *gasp* I'm already starting to become like them... and there are some careers that I think Baby Nathan should "consider" when he grows up..

In my defense, he has already showed potential in these careers.. yes!.. he has!!

Being a Dad... it's surreal...

It's really quite surreal now that I'm a Dad...
Even saying or typing it now seems so unreal haha..


But yup I am.. and it is really quite amazing...

Though it has been a few years.. It still feels like it was not too long ago when we had our pre-wedding shots..

Then the realisation that we are going to be parents..

And before we know it...

It's the final countdown....


Seems like not too long ago when we found out that we are going to be parents...


And now.. with EDD plus/minus 2 weeks... it means.. Baby Nathan (the English pronunciation, mind you..)... could pop anytime now....


How exciting is that!!!!!!!
