It actually is like a cafe.. or pub.. selling drinks...
Just like in Singapore.. No smoking is allowed.. Must be due to health reasons for its citizens that the Dutch government banned smoking
.....er wait.....
No TOBACCO smoking is allowed.. but smoking of GRASS.. is perfectly fine!...
As the note reads..
Smoking is Allowed. Tobacco is Not.
Where's the logic in that?!
