This very normal looking coffee shop is the hidden gem for the great Wanton Mee!....
Wouldn't have taken a second look if on vacation in Malaysia on our own...

Char Siew Kway Teow - pic from ginsengtonic.blogspot.com

BIG... CHUNKY pieces of Char Siew...
Salivating even as I think about it!...
The kind where it is slightly burnt at some parts on the surface...
That makes it super yummy.. and if I remember correctly..
That means it is done by charcoal and not the electrical kind...

Even the noodles and kway teow with the gravy was excellent...
Chewy with nice texture!...

So impressed by the Char Siew and noodles.. I totally can't remember much about the dumpling...
Oops.. Haha...

We also ordered this to try as it looked interesting...
Don't even know what it is called...

The white colored part is like the normal "" or bun...
The yellow part is like the "马来糕"... "huat" kueh kind..

and the inside??....

Pics of us enjoying the food!

Yummy!!!.....

Would probably think of going back for a short trip or getaway kind..
Even a stop along the way to say KL/Genting?..
