The company actually has pretty good employee recognition programs... 
Once in a while.. I think every 5yrs or something..
She used to come home with 金牌
Really the physical gold pendant...
The longer the service.. the bigger the gold pendant...


Lately they have moved with the times.. 
Vouchers...
I think for 40 years' of long service..
She deserves every single cent of it...
