Youth Olympic Games 2010 Opening Ceremony (rehearsal) and National Day Parade 2010... What a weekend.. Watched 2 "live" events in 3 days..

The NDP tickets were a surprise.. We actually got to know of it and collected the tickets in a matter of hours... We (or I) grabbed it the moment we know it was available.. Wifey wasn't feeling too well with the gum swelling.. but luckily she was game enough to go and we enjoyed it... First time watching NDP at padang.. Did you know.. NDP is held at padang only once every five years?!


First thing first.. Collected the tickets from Rozanah and Hubby...

As I was from my in-laws place.. I didn't have any red or white top.. Felt so out of place with my green top.. Wifey was in black which wasn't so bad.. But to get into the spirit of the day where it was mostly a sea of red and white.. we decided to do some shopping before going to the parade...
Wifey couldn't find anything she wanted.. And me... a T-shirt to show how much I love Singapore (despite the feedback (complaints) once in a while)...

So off to the parade we went.. The crowd as we entered.. But everything was well-planned and running like clock-work..
