If there's ONE thing to remember in a relationship.. this is it!

My previous entry When in a relationship.. Forget EVERYTHING you learnt in school.. 
let out what most guy friends have kept inside them...
and got sheepish admissions from female friends... 
(so my dear Wifey.. nothing against you hehe..)


I think it is just the whole different DNA make up of men and women...
Coz Wifey has her own version of events.. and her conclusion is I (or men in
general) are all Gold 90.5fm listeners....

Well, like in my previous entry.. I STILL think that English lessons has lost all its usefulness for couples in a relationship...
A couple really needs to find their own love language.. literally.. and not just the 5 languages of love thingy...




Here is another example of it as a couple friend was telling us their story...
(If I use my Wifey as an example again.. I may need to sleep in the living room!)...


The characters?... Wendy(may or may not be her real name) and Marvin(may or may not be his real name)....
Can't remember the exact conversation.. but it went something like this...

Wendy: 

There was this time I was very sick... 

it was terrible... 

soooooooo sick...

Luckily Marvin was there to bring me to the doctor...

After he sent me home...

I reckon...

since I will be drowsy from taking the medicine..

and will be sleeping and resting most of the time...

So I told him to go home first.. 

it's ok...

and guess what...

Me (nearly fainting):

But you told him to go home what!!!!!!

So if you are a guy....

I think I have found the ONE thing that we have to remember in a relationship...

NEVER listen to the words that are coming out of a woman's mouth...

Whatever it is that your other half says... or DID NOT say...

Always use what I call the "Ben's MORE theory.."

Always choose the MORE option....

Buying a gift?.. choose the MORE expensive one...

Need to spend time?... always spend MORE time...

Need effort?.... put in even MORE effort...

Whatever it is... the MORE one is the right one...

even if they say otherwise....

Eh.. come to think of it.. I never do all the above...

Oops..... that's why 

my Wifey is the BEST!!!!
